There can be no guarantees that dietary changes will be effective for your particular problem or goal, as there are many non-dietary factors that may influence symptoms or behaviour change. Elaine Allerton Dietitian is considered a guide or facilitator, whilst you make a commitment to follow the advised dietary changes.
Fees & Payment
Cancellations of Services & Refund Policy
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation must be given for a full refund. If a consultation is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full cost of the consultation will be retained. In the case of a 'package', this will be equivalent to one session being used.
Elaine Allerton Dietitian reserves the right to cancel a consultation at her discretion, however this will only ever be due to very exceptional circumstances, and a full refund of the consultation will be provided. I accept no liability whatsoever for any financial or other consequences of the cancellation e.g. travel costs.
Arriving late for an appointment
Elaine Allerton Dietitian will use best efforts to offer the full session, however this will be dependent on other bookings and consultation room availability following your appointment. If your consultation has to be shortened due to your late arrival, the full consultation fee remains payable.
Your consultation with Elaine Allerton Dietitian is not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should seek the advice of a qualified doctor before commencing any treatment or if you have any questions related to your mental health, physical health, physical fitness or medical conditions. Do not stop or alter any prescribed treatments or medications you are currently receiving without prior consent of your doctor.
By following advice from Elaine Allerton Dietitian, you accept that outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and that the fees are in consideration of the time and expertise. There are many non-dietary factors that present problems and barriers to change that in turn will influence outcomes.
Elaine Allerton Dietitian reserves the right to decline any client or individual. Each client is considered on an individual basis, and acceptance or continuation of input is entirely at the discretion of Elaine Allerton Dietitian. Any individual who is under the influence of substances, will not be seen or treated.
